About the Position

We are currently seeking a mason for a leading international construction company. You should have prior experience in the field and be available immediately. The role involves constructing walls, facades, and partitions through masonry of load-bearing elements according to safety regulations. You will work under the guidance of a team leader and collaborate with various professionals and clients during the delivery phase. It is also expected that you can interpret sketches, diagrams, and instructions for different masonry products.

The position is a full-time consulting assignment with a 6-month fixed-term contract where you will work in 2 shifts for 6 weeks at our client in Boden, followed by 2 weeks off. If you live outside Boden, accommodation and travel will be provided. The start date is currently not set but expected to be in early 2026.

About You

We see that you are a meticulous, flexible, and responsible mason who collaborates easily across different interfaces. You enjoy working together with your team to safely follow safety routines and regulations. Our client considers it a plus if you have technical skills in producing concrete and mortar with correct dosing. Furthermore, we expect you to have no barriers in the English language, both spoken and written, as many instructions may be in English. We see that you have 3-5 years of experience in traditional masonry and preferably certified to use lifts and other mobile work platforms. Additionally, having vocational training as a mason will be highly valued.

Requirements for the Position

• At least 3 years of experience in traditional masonry.
• Previous experience in building walls with various materials such as concrete blocks and bricks.
• Ability to organize storage of equipment and materials for efficient workflow.
• Experience interpreting sketches, diagrams, and instructions for various products.

Desirable

• Certified to operate lifts.
• Vocational training as a mason.
